 Main Features: window making machine 

1.Universal milling cutters (also say saw blades or cutting tools) can be adjusted in up/down,left/right directions to fit for different processing requirement and ensure the efficient working.

2.Large milling capacity, multi-pieces profile in one cutting/milling cycle cycle. With a large-sized work bench and long milling feed travel, it can mill 6--10 profiles in one operation with adjustable multiple cutting tools.

3.It is unnecessary to replace the milling cutters in case of product change so as to save the production setup period and cost of milling cutters.

4. Large tool diameter, high milling speed and good processing result.

5.Adopted the electrical motor protect device to improve the safety. It is specially designed with safe guards, and they clip the profiles tight, even when electricity is cut off suddenly, so it can ensure the operators' safety.

6.The hydraulic damping cylinder is used to push the feed of milling cutters to enable more stable operations. The thickened clamping plate can prevent the profiles from deforming.

7.This Model LXD-250 is the full automatic type, it can be installed with 4 milling cutters, 5 milling cutters. When it is with 4 milling cutters, the machine has 3 motors, total power is 6.6kw; When it is with 5 milling cutters, the machine has 4 motors, total power is 8.8kw.

8.If customer choose this full automatic Model LDXW-250, customer will not post profile sample to us to make milling cutters when change profile, because this Model LDXW--250 milling cutters can process all kinds of profile.
